HUNG JURY
As a result of a pre-trial motion, my client’s BAC result was excluded from the jury trial. Upon hearing the remaining evidence, the jury was deadlocked. Weeks later, the case was reduced to a non-DUI reckless driving.
NOT GUILTY
With scratches on his back, police arrested my client for having caused her boyfriend’s injuries. He testified – she asserted her Fifth Amendment right and was found not guilty.
